Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Family Violence Specialist.
In this role, you will supervise and contribute to the delivery of Family and Domestic Violence services, providing specialized support to victim-survivors to enhance their safety, work toward independence, and strengthen their connections within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and contribute to the delivery of Family and Domestic Violence services, with a strong emphasis on risk and safety, trauma-informed frameworks, and a client-centred approach.
* Support victim-survivors to enhance their safety, work toward independence, and strengthen their connections within the community.
* Maintain accurate case records and ensure data collection meets compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience in specialist family violence and/or child wellbeing work.
* Proven experience supervising and coaching staff or teams.
* Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to the impacts of trauma.
* Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
