We manufacture innovative solutions for over 30 companies within Australia and around the world comprising of over 120 models. Recently Dontek became part of the Reece Group and with continued focus on growth, we are now seeking to add a new Warehouse Assistant/Customer Service Officer to the team in Bayswater.
About the Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join the Dontek team – in a role that encompasses work in the warehouse, customer service and after sales. You will be helping customers by responding to their enquiries and troubleshooting any issues that might have e.g. processing sales orders etc. You'll also help to keep the branch clean and tidy. There is potential that it could lead to a leadership opportunity in the future.
We are open to this being a part time or full time position.
About you
Here are some of the skills and experience that will work well in this role:
* Experience working in warehouse or branch based customer service role
* Strong communication and problem solving skills, with an inquisitive nature and proactive approach to things
* Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
* Able to use a computer and happy to learn new systems
* Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
