Key responsibilities of the Registered Nurse position involve providing safe and competent clinical care to residents. This includes conducting comprehensive history and assessments, documenting care delivery, completing ACFI assessments, and developing resident care plans.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care, and a National Police Certificate. They should also possess strong clinical and documentation skills, as well as an understanding of the aged care accreditation process.
