The Chance
Join our market leading Disputes practice as a Legal Assistant, supporting Partners Leon Chung and Eunice Park, and their wider team of Lawyers.
This role will suit a pro-active individual, someone who enjoys being part of a high performing team who are dedicated to their clients. If you have a no-fuss approach and enjoy showcasing your legal administration skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Working hours are 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and this role is 5 days in the office.
What your day might look like
- Keeping matters on track, managing time entries, reporting and complex billing (Aderant Expert experience desirable).
- Managing the Partners’ calendars - meetings, travel, and events.
- Creating, formatting, and managing documents with ease (experienced in Microsoft Office and other related software such as iManage).
- Organising client catch-ups, from casual coffees to formal dinners.
- Helping prepare business development materials that make an impact.
- Mentoring and guiding our awesome Administrative Assistants.
What you bring
- Experience supporting Partners in a rapid-paced legal environment.
- End-to-end billing experience.
- Strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities with a high degree of professionalism.
- The ability to anticipate needs and problem solve on the go.
- Matter management experience.
- A team focused approach with a genuine interest in mentoring others.
Note: We are open to considering law students who have the relevant experience, at least 2 years' left of their degree, and are available full-time.
