Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

The Temporary Financial Operations Coordinator will provide essential support to the finance team during a short-term peak period, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process and verify invoices
* Support financial reporting and documentation
* Complete customer follow-ups via phone and email
* Verify payments and update financial records
* Assist with journal postings under supervision
* Maintain accurate accounts through reconciliation

Requirements:

* Experience in finance or accounting
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication skills for customer interactions
* Ability to manage workload independently
* Familiarity with invoicing, journals, and reconciliations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
