About the Position
We're seeking skilled florists to join our team for the busy season and beyond.
This role is suitable for experienced florists looking for new opportunities.
Your Daily Tasks
* Create stunning flower arrangements that meet our aesthetic standards.
* Assemble hand-tied posies in line with our key performance indicators.
* Maintain the quality of flowers and condition them accordingly.
* Count and manage your allocation of flower wraps efficiently.
* Support the Floristry Coordinator in managing stock flow effectively.
* Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and ready for production.
* Adhere to health and safety standards and protocols.
* Maintain current ABN and insurance requirements.
* Work flexible shifts available approximately 1-3 shifts per week.
