Business Development Manager – Hybrid & Low Carbon Energy | Perth
We're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join a leading developer of innovative energy projects in Perth.
This is your chance to drive the next generation of hybrid and low-carbon energy solutions, helping industrial and mining clients transition to cleaner, more reliable power.
Responsibilities
Lead commercial development across renewable and hybrid projects (solar, wind, storage, off-grid and on-grid)
Manage bids and tender processes, including EOIs, RFPs and PPA negotiations
Negotiate complex contracts with clients and advisors
Identify and build strategic relationships across industrial and energy markets
Collaborate closely with a skilled technical and commercial team in a fast-moving, empowered environment
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in business development within energy or renewables
Proven capability in managing bids, RFPs and complex contract negotiations
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Experience with on-grid or off-grid projects (solar, wind or storage)
A resilient, collaborative, and driven mindset
Higher education in a relevant field
Experience with PPAs (unicorn status)
