About the Role
You would be responsible for providing pre and post sales customer service as well as support to business customers while maintaining their printer fleet.
* Reactive and proactive servicing,
* upgrading software/firmware, network connectivity, and installation of hardware and software, in line with established call approach.

This role also involves:
* Compliance and ongoing adaptation to varied and dynamic Drug and Alcohol policies and procedures of customers,

* HSE, induction and compliance policies and procedures of customers.
About You
Ideally you would possess experience as a printer or photocopier technician with exposure to repairing both hardware and software issues in the field.
