What you'll be doing
* Be the friendly first voice customers hear when they ring us.
* Handle product enquiries, orders and after-sales support—no cold calling, all inbound.
* Troubleshoot issues and find solutions that keep customers stoked.
* Record call details accurately and follow up when needed.
What you'll bring
* Previous call centre or customer service experience (retail or similar works too).
* A clear, confident phone manner and active listening skills.
* Quick-thinker who loves solving problems and helping people.
* Basic computer skills—can juggle screens and notes while chatting.
