About the Role

Working from our Brisbane office, Altrad is seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to support the delivery of field service and workshop activities across our operations.

This role is responsible for coordinating service personnel, managing job workflows, and ensuring all service activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations. You will act as the central point of coordination between technicians, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery from job creation through to completion and invoicing.

This is a fast‐paced role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing operational coordination with strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and schedule field service and workshop activities, managing workflow from job creation through to close‐out
* Manage logistical requirements for field personnel including travel, accommodation, and site inductions
* Coordinate parts procurement and workshop requirements to ensure timely execution of service work
* Monitor job progress and follow up with technicians and customers to ensure quality and timely completion
* Maintain high utilisation of service personnel while ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained
* Support quoting activities and assist with tender submissions where required
* Ensure service reports are completed, reviewed, and submitted within designated timeframes
* Coordinate timely invoicing and progress claims, resolving any client queries where required
* Maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors

About You

You are a highly organised and customer‐focused coordinator with experience supporting service or technical teams in an industrial environment. You bring strong planning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service delivery.

What you will bring

* Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Manager, or senior Service Technician role within Oil & Gas, energy, mining, or a similar industrial sector
* Trade qualification or relevant technical background (preferred)
* Demonstrated experience coordinating field service or workshop‐based activities
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Sound commercial awareness and customer‐focused mindset
* Ability to work autonomously while supporting a broader operational team
