We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our Workplace Rehabilitation & Health division in Newcastle. This role will involve managing a high-performing team and driving growth in the region.
* This is a leadership position that requires experience in occupational rehabilitation or workers compensation settings.
* You will be responsible for delivering training, supervision, and quality assurance report reviews.
* The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, or rehabilitation counselling.

In this senior leadership role, you will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction of our Workplace Rehabilitation & Health team. You will be expected to develop exceptional management plans, drive business growth, and ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
* Direct management of a team of 6-8 rehabilitation consultants.
* Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required.
* Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback.
* Attending appointments with consultants to provide support and training.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, or rehabilitation counselling.
* Current registration with your relevant industry body.
* Management or leadership experience in an occupational rehabilitation or workers compensation setting.
