* Maintain and order office supplies, including stationery and kitchen supplies
* Answering calls in a professional and friendly manner and take messages where required (as back up to main receptionists)
* Issue contracts for lecturers, instructors and overseas contractors
* Point of contact for cleaners and tradespeople.
* Mail (sort and distribute).
* Staff Travel arrangements
* Ensure first aid kit is stocked and maintained
* Managing parking roster
* Organise staff meetings, agenda and presenters
* Arrange and set up catering for events (and general assistance for events)
* Assistance with group training logistics
* Cover reception when Student Services is away.
* Ad hoc tasks as needed, such as order hampers, team lunches and administrative support to departments as needed
* Min 3 years experience in a similar role
* Proficient in office 365, (outlook, excel, teams, SharePoint etc)
* Confident will following processes and using new systems
* Proactive with the ability to problem solve and show initiative
* Reliable, "can do' attitude
