The National Practicum Placement Administration Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the administration of student clinical and practicum placements. This position oversees the entire process, from planning to monitoring, ensuring that placements align with course requirements, accreditation standards, contractual agreements, and university policy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the national administration of student clinical and practicum placements.
\
2. Supervise, train, and support placement administration staff, including performance planning and development.
\
3. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with students and key stakeholders.
\
4. Collaborate with academic staff to ensure alignment between placement administration and curriculum needs.
\
5. Liaise with external partners and placement providers to facilitate placement agreements, onboarding processes, and ongoing relationship management.
\
6. Support the development and delivery of student briefings and orientation materials related to placements.
\
7. Coordinate and oversee end-to-end administrative processes of practicum placements, including requests, scheduling, onboarding, offers, and allocation through the placement management systems.
\
8. Monitor compliance and ensure verification of mandatory student documentation.
\
9. Maintain accurate placement records, ensuring data integrity.
\
10. Develop and maintain placement administration guidelines, policies, and procedures.
\
11. Monitor contract status and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
\
12. Review and prepare placement cost projections.
\
13. Oversee and reconcile invoice processing to ensure accurate and timely payment to partners.
\
14. Develop and maintain national processes, procedures, and resources.
\
15. Verify student documentation (e.g., WWCC, StatDec, police checks) and coordinate onboarding.
\
16. Monitor data quality and prepare reports on placement activities.
\
