The Role

As the Manager Men's Behaviour Change, you will lead a large team across multiple sites including Fremantle, Armadale, Perth and Cannington with frequent travel across these sites with occasional travel to Geraldton to support the Not Our Way program, delivering interventions to individuals who have used or continue to use violence in intimate relationships.

Your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

* Provide operational support and supervision to staff.
* Ensure program alignment with the National Outcome Standards for Perpetrator Interventions (NOSPI).
* Engage directly with stakeholders and the Department of Justice to ensure efficient service delivery and reporting.
* Drive service quality through values-based leadership.
* Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance service delivery and expand support opportunities.

This position will be offered on a fixed term full-time basis working 76 hours per fortnight. This is a parental leave cover until September 2026.


About You

You are a compassionate and strategic leader with a deep understanding of Family and Domestic Violence and a commitment to creating safer communities. You bring:

* A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in leading Men's Behaviour Change programs and managing high-performing teams.
* A proven ability to engage stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships across diverse service environments.
* Strong change management skills, with a focus on contract compliance and service quality.
* Advanced communication and facilitation skills, including public speaking, problem-solving, and advocacy.
* Exceptional people management capabilities, with experience in professional supervision and team development.
* A high level of cultural competency, ensuring safe and respectful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and people from CALD backgrounds.
* Sound knowledge of case management principles, psychosocial issues, and risk assessment frameworks.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple locations, with strong organisational and financial acumen.
* Valid driver's licence, Police clearance, Working With Children Check, and Willingness to obtain Department of Justice integrity clearance.
