Security Technician (or experienced Trainee)

We specialise in high-end CCTV, alarms, intercoms, access control, and integrated security systems across residential, commercial, and high-risk sites.

??The Role – Senior Security Technician
This role is suited to an experienced technician who can confidently manage installations, fault-finding, and client communication.
You will be trusted to represent AD Security Solutions on site and deliver clean, professional, high-quality installs.
Minimum 1+ years experience in security systems (preferred)
Physically capable of climbing ladders and working in roof spaces – candidates with a fear of heights or confined spaces will not be suited to this role.
Current Australian Driver's Licence
No criminal record – Police check required to obtain and maintain a Security Licence.
Strong experience in CCTV (IP), Networking, Alarms, Intercoms, and Access Control.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment and problem-solve on site.
High standards of workmanship, cable management, and system setup.
Professional presentation and excellent customer communication.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Must reside on the Gold Coast.

Salary guide: $80,000 – $85,000 + super (negotiable for the right candidate).
