MH Pathways is a growing, values-led multidisciplinary mental-health practice supporting individuals whose well-being impacts daily functioning, work and quality of life.
Our team includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Mental Health Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Dietitians. We provide coordinated, person-centred care across Medicare, NDIS and private referrals.
The Role
We are seeking a Psychologist to join our collaborative clinical team as a subcontractor. This role offers autonomy, flexibility and strong referral pathways within a supportive practice environment.
You will:
* Provide psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy
* Work with adult clients (and/or adolescents, depending on experience)
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support coordinated care
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Deliver ethical, trauma-informed, person-centred care
What We're Looking For
* Fully registered Psychologist (General or Clinical) with AHPRA
* Eligible to provide Medicare services
* Experience working with a range of mental-health presentations
* Strong communication and professional judgement
* A collaborative, client-centred approach
