- Drive the execution and fulfillment of corporate sales targets (new vehicle sales, market share, etc.) assigned to the region.
- Decompose sales targets appropriately to each authorized dealer within the region, oversee implementation, and ensure goal achievement.
Dealer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, responsible for daily communication, relationship maintenance, and collaboration.
- Communicate corporate sales policies, marketing campaigns, and requirements to dealers.
- Gather dealer feedback, needs, and market intelligence, and relay this information to superiors or relevant departments.
Dealer Sales Support & Coaching:
- Conduct regular dealer visits to review their sales pipeline, inventory management, and showroom performance.
- Provide frontline sales technique coaching and assist dealers in resolving practical issues encountered during sales operations.
Key Account Development & Management:
- Directly responsible for or assist dealers in developing and managing key accounts within the region (e.g., large fleet clients, leasing companies, government/enterprise procurement).
- Develop and follow through on tailored sales plans for key accounts.
Regional Market Monitoring:
- Monitor activities of competitors, price fluctuations, and marketing campaigns within the region, and provide timely feedback.
Commercial Policy Formulation:
- Responsible for the formulation, communication and explanation, and implementation management of dealer commercial policies, establishing the policy framework and incentive foundation for sales activities.
- Plan nationwide terminal marketing campaigns and regional promotion initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales conversion.
- Provide activity guidance and training support to regions and dealers, and coordinate the management of sales resources such as demo vehicles, incentive funds, and advertising materials.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven track record (5+ years preferred) in national sales management, dealer network development, or a closely related field within the automotive industry. Demonstrated ability in meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
* Strong skills in sales target execution, dealer relationship management, and field coaching.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Solid commercial acumen with experience in supporting policy implementation and coordinating sales/marketing resources.
* Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and a proactive problem-solver. Must be highly organised and willing to undertake frequent national travel.
