Our client's brand is synonymous with high end/executive rentals in the Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, and is one of Australia's most iconic and successful real estate brands.
Working out of a designer office and dealing with only the best properties this really is a dream opportunity for an aspiring Property Manager to be trained up from scratch, or an experienced PM who is looking to take a step back and can support a GUN team from an admin function.
**The Perks**:
- Up to $75k salary package (pro-rata) on offer

- You will be trained to progress further into PM from this role
- Work with one of the most accomplished and nicest Department Heads in the industry
- Monday to Friday only
- Part time role - 4 days with flexible working hours on offer
- One on one's with a qualified business coach each month to get your career where you need it
**The Position**:
- Support a property management team of 3, as well as a Department Head
- Be the point of contact for external suppliers and tradespeople to coordinate repairs
- Liaising with tenants to receipt and chase rental payments
- Prepare and issue leasing reports to landlords
- Enter property, tenant and landlord data into the system/maintain the CRM
- Plus much more
**The Person**:
- Ideally you will have previous experience in or knowledge of property management processes
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
- The ability to work autonomously and also support a busy team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task and work to deadlines
- Immaculate personal presentation is a must
- Great people skills and the confidence to liaise with high end clientele
- Knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs area is preferred but not essential
