Job Overview:
Sought after Senior HR Manager to lead our strategic HR agenda and drive analysis across various business units. You will provide monthly updates to the management team, maintain high-level support and advice, while overseeing daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and update policies ensuring compliance with laws, informing employees about them.
* Develop KPIs, job descriptions, and assist with company restructuring efforts.
* Guide managers on employee performance and development strategies.
* Design and implement new review processes for employees.
* Lead hiring activities with line managers and the Recruitment Coordinator.
* Support employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and rewards initiatives.
* Advise on legislative changes, workforce planning, and skills development opportunities.
* Manage Fair Work-related matters and general IR and ER issues.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in HR management, relevant tertiary qualifications, strong background in IR and ER knowledge, and exposure to FMCG/blue collar industries.
