Are you a passionate Early Childhood Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, community-focused environment? At Emali Early Learning Centre, we’re proud to be a South Australian owned and run organisation committed to providing the highest quality care and education for children and families in our community.

We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of child development, a love for early learning, and a creative approach to teaching that inspires curiosity and confidence in every child.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Emali, you will:

* Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

* Observe and document children’s development and learning, sharing insights with families to celebrate progress and support growth.

* Collaborate closely with fellow educators and team members to create a cohesive, positive learning community.

* Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

* A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent approved qualification).

* Current teacher registration or accreditation (or the ability to obtain).

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with young children in an early learning environment.

* A strong understanding of early childhood learning principles and developmentally appropriate practices.

* Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.

* A genuine passion for helping children thrive in their earliest years.

Why Join Emali?
* Be part of a locally owned and operated organisation that values connection, collaboration, and community.

* Work in purpose-built, state-of-the-art learning environments designed to inspire both children and educators.

* Our centres feature a wide range of unique offerings, including a swimming pool, animal farm, heated floors and sensory rooms, providing rich, hands-on learning experiences for every child.

* Safety is a top priority — all our centres are equipped with CCTV cameras to help maintain a secure and transparent environment for children, families, and staff.

* Join a passionate team who share a genuine commitment to early education and child development.

* Access ongoing professional learning and career growth opportunities in a supportive, empowering environment.

* Enjoy a workplace culture that feels like family — where your ideas, contributions, and wellbeing truly matter.
