Outsourced Professional Solutions is recruiting on behalf of Volo Digital, a leader in digital and technology solutions for NDIS and Allied Health providers. Volo Digital is passionate about delivering pragmatic, cost-effective solutions that create real value for clients. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Software Developer to help deliver innovative digital solutions for NDIS and Allied Health providers.
About the Role:
You’ll be involved in the architecture, design, and delivery of custom applications and integrations. You’ll work across the full stack, collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life. Your experience with APIs, payment gateways, and Microsoft Azure will be highly valued as we continue to expand our capabilities.
NOTE: This is a full-time, on-site role and is not remote or hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop web and mobile applications tailored to NDIS and Allied Health use cases
* Build and integrate secure APIs and third-party services including payment gateways
* Customise and extend solutions using Microsoft Azure and Power Platform
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system architecture
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Maintain clear documentation and contribute to internal technical standards
About You
* 3–5 years’ experience in full-stack development
* Proficient in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Redux, React / .NET, MySQL etc)
* Experience with RESTful APIs and platform integration
* Practices good CI/CD and code management
* Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Containers and Azure Cloud Services
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field are highly regarded
* Experience building AI agents is highly regarded
