About the role:
* Deliver sharp, commercial advice across employment, IR and WHS
* Run with a mix of advisory and disputes work, including workplace investigations
* Support real-time safety risk management and incident response
* Assist on regulatory matters, including WHS and Electrical Safety prosecutions
* Draft and refine contracts, policies, procedures and compliance docs
* Help manage Fair Work Commission and other tribunal matters
* Turn legislation and case law into clear, practical recommendations
* Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, with exposure to BD
The ideal candidate:
* Admitted to practice in Australia
* Upwards of 2 years PQE in employment law and/or related litigation
* WHS/workplace safety exposure is a plus (not a must)
* Strong drafting and advocacy skills, and confident in a disputes environment
* Sharp researcher with good systems discipline (document management systems experience ideal)
