The Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) leads the Australian Government's efforts to improve cyber security. We are part of the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) and our role is to help make Australia the most secure place to connect online.
ASD has an ongoing requirement for a Service Design Analyst to work in support of various Cyber projects within an integrated workforce.
As a Service Design Analyst, you will develop services based on evidence of user needs and organisational outcomes.
Indicative duties include, but are not limited to:
- design of new or changed service solutions
- ensuring new or upgraded services, systems and infrastructure receive a comprehensive Service Design incorporating processes, support structure, reporting and service capabilities
- Updating and configuring Service management systems and tools.
Key knowledge or experience areas include:
- A minimum of two years experience in Service Architecture or Service Design with exposure to technology architectures and management systems
- ICT Processes, roles and capabilities
- Measurement methods and metrics.
**Essential criteria**
- A minimum of two years of experience in Service Architecture / Service Design.
- Experience in Business Analysis or Solution Analysis with demonstrable record of success and achievement.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Minimum training requirement of ITIL v3 / v4 foundation.
**Desirable criteria**
- Experience with one or more IT Service Management tools / backend IT systems
- Service Design Intermediate/Managing Professional ITIL v3/v4
