To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A high level of empathy and understanding for the diverse needs of our customers.
* Footwear experience (essential).
* Previous retail experience (preferred).
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* An ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar retail role.
* The ability to travel between stores when required.
* A valid driver's licence (essential).
