An opening has become available for an outgoing and skilled Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to their Leasing team.
**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to be the backbone to this motivated, busy team of professionals. Utilising your customer service, relationship management, and administration skills on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Provide internal & external administration support
- Coordinate new lease documentation & monitor lease renewals
- Work on projects & contribute to achieving greater business income
- Partner with & build strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- Review & assess leases and identify risks
- Assist senior lease administers when necessary
- Progress all lease documentation & enquiries in a timely manner
- Adhere to all licenses and compliance regulatory requirements
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Technologically savvy
- High attention to detail
- Certificate of registration (real estate)
- Have strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Hungry, outgoing personality
