Job Opportunity
Seeking an individual to assume the role of Sales Professional. Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and executing policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service
* Continuously source new customers and help them find their dream home
* Ensure a smooth sales process from sale through loan, options, and construction
Requirements
* Associate's Degree or 2 years related experience
* Valid driver's license and ability to drive in daytime or nighttime
* Ability to utilize technology to manage sales applications
* Proficiency with MS Office and email
* Ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day; sit for extended periods; kneel and bend at the waist; walk up and down stairs; walk on unlevel terrain; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
Preferred Qualifications
* Licensing requirements vary by state
* Prior CRM software experience
* Previous sales experience, knowledge of industry preferred
