Key responsibilities include:
* Complete rotations across various Greater Western Water (GWW) business functions.
* Contribute to practical and challenging projects benefiting the community.

* Participate in the Melbourne Metro Water Graduate Partnership for development and networking.
* Engage in tailored learning activities to develop leadership, business skills, resilience, and agility.
* Receive ongoing support from rotational teams, mentors, buddy-system, Executive Leadership Team, and Learning & Development Team.
About You

* Completed undergraduate or postgraduate degree within three years of January 2026 in Engineering, Information Technology, Digital, Business, or Arts disciplines:

Compensation & Benefits
* Salary from $83,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
