Front Office Receptionist – Seahaven Noosa Beachfront Resort
Seahaven Noosa Beachfront Resort is seeking a Front Office Team Member to join our dedicated Reception team.
Our resort is home to 42 stunning beach-facing apartments, ranging from studios to two-bedroom options. As part of our team, you'll be the welcoming face of Seahaven, helping to create memorable stays for our guests.
About the Role
This is a casual role for 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity to cover annual leave. Shifts will include both weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and responding to guest enquiries
* Handling reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems
* Checking guests in and out efficiently and with a smile
* Assisting guests with queries about their room and resort facilities
* Managing payments and basic cashiering
* Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
* Working autonomously, including sole responsibility for the front office at times

About You

* Able to work independently and confidently when required
* Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
* Confident with computers and comfortable learning new systems
* Hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential – we welcome entry-level candidates with the right attitude
