Your Role at a Glance
* Deliver high‑quality clinical care aligned with AHPRA standards.
* Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants.
* Build and implement resident‑focused care plans and assessments (including ACFI).
* Liaise with families, doctors, and allied health professionals to coordinate care.
* Actively participate in accreditation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
* Be a champion of safety, wellbeing, and infection control in our facility.
You'll work closely with our Care Manager and General Manager, becoming a key player in a collaborative, forward‑thinking care team.
What You'll Bring
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Understanding of aged care standards and the Residential Classification Scale.
* National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience with ACFI and aged care documentation.
* Knowledge of government aged care standards and accreditation.
* Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will receive a salary range between $83,000-$135,000 pro rata exclusive of super.
