Senior Brand Governance and Experience Manager
The Senior Manager in Brand Governance and Brand Experience will set the standard for how we show up as a highly loved and iconic consumer brand through creative experiences in our Banking and Financial Services ecosystem.
About the Role
As the Senior Brand Governance and Brand Experience Manager, you will report to the Director of Brand Strategy and take the lead on upholding the brand's integrity and consistency through the application of guidelines, monitoring of risk related policies and procedures, and ensuring our brand strategy is infused through our existing customer experiences and evolving digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement an effective brand governance framework with a clear cadence and monitoring system.
* Manage brand health and ad tracking, oversee our advertising and communications customer advocacy engagement program, and manage the annual brand budget expense tracker, external agency contracts, and operations as well as subscriptions for creative resources.
* Provide guidance on how our brand shows up internally and collaborate with cross-functional peers in experience design, engineering, and product to infuse our brand strategy into key inception points that play out across our ecosystem and end-to-end customer experience as well as advertising touchpoints to contribute to our drive towards showing up as a technology company in the financial services sector.
What We Offer

* Experience working with strategic marketers to add value to the planning process, including CVP and messaging development, and its application through marketing/advertising to drive brand, growth, and customer outcomes.
