As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Settlements Coordinator / Client Experience Manager to take ownership of the client journey from contract exchange through to settlement and post-settlement support.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely cares about people, loves being organised, and enjoys turning complex processes into calm, clear experiences.
About the role
You'll be the main point of contact for our clients once contracts are exchanged, ensuring every step toward settlement is smooth, professional, and stress-free.
You'll coordinate closely with solicitors, brokers, banks, property managers, and our internal team, while delivering a premium client experience that reflects the InvestorMate brand.
This role plays a key part in how our clients remember their journey with us.
What you'll be responsible for
* Managing clients from post-exchange through to settlement
* Acting as the primary contact for all settlement-related communication
* Coordinating with conveyancers, brokers, lenders and property managers
* Tracking key dates, conditions and settlement milestones
* Providing clear, proactive updates to clients
* Preparing clients for settlement and explaining next steps
* Managing post-settlement follow-ups and handovers
* Updating and maintaining CRM records (Zoho)
* Supporting long-term client relationships beyond settlement
Who we're looking for
You don't need to be a salesperson or mortgage broker, but experience in property management, settlements, real estate administration or client services is highly valued.
