The role involves working as an administrative officer, assisting with government funding claims, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records. You will also contribute to the preparation of monthly reports and annual financial statements under direction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior management
* Process and reconcile government funding claims
* Maintain accurate subsidiary records and spreadsheets
* Collaborate with Senior Management and other team members
* Prepare reports for Senior Management and the Board
Requirements:
* Aged Care knowledge (desirable)
* Knowledge of government funding digital systems and portals
* Excellent communication skills
* Administration experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Collaboration and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft software
* Police Clearance (within 6 months)
* NDIS worker screening or working with children check
* Drivers License
