**How will I help?**
This is a really important role for us Supporting one of Australia's most important assets - Agribusiness Customers, you'll play a leading role in supporting Agribusiness Customers in Regional Rural and Remote Australia.
As an Agribusiness Banking Manager, you'll play a critical role in managing relationships with industry leaders and creating new and innovative ways to support large businesses with lending requirements from 3M to 50M, so they can grow and develop well into the future. You'll be well supported by or wider Agribusiness team with local support. This role has a strong focus on acquiring new to bank customers.

**What do I need?**
You'll need to be a true expert in your field. We're looking for an experienced Senior Agribusiness Banker with a very strong and diverse knowledge of the agribusiness sector. A natural people person, you will have held senior positions as a relationship manager. Strong credit skills (including cashflow lending) are a must as well as proven balance sheet and deal structuring experience. Ideally you will have a proven track record in business development, including acquisition of new to bank customers, and a well-established network of referral sources.
