Job Title: Kitchen Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in maintaining kitchen efficiency and productivity. A key focus will be on menu planning, training, and operations, as well as food preparation, service coordination, and stock control.
* Assisting the Head Chef in developing menus, implementing new recipes, and maintaining quality standards
* Food Preparation and Presentation
* Ensuring Seamless Service through effective communication and team management
* Maintaining accurate records of inventory, ordering, and stock levels
* Implementing and adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene practices
* Providing coaching and guidance to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Fostering a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among kitchen staff
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment
* A strong passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and innovation in cooking techniques and presentation styles
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire the kitchen team
