**Role Description**: Join our client's team as an Automation Test Analyst and contribute to the development and implementation of the test automation suite to support functional and system testing for their core business processing systems. This role offers an opportunity to utilize your expertise in automation tools and methodologies to drive efficiencies and enhance testing outcomes. As a key member of their agile environment, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, provide leadership support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement the test automation suite in line with Enterprise Test Automation Guardrails.
- Prepare, manage, and review technical testing documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with other automation test analysts to achieve testing outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for automation within software processes and execute automation scripts.
- Communicate effectively across various media types and adapt styles to suit different audiences.
- Review project documents and analyze complex systems to identify key automation tests.
- Continuously monitor and provide recommendations to improve ROI and testing effectiveness.
- Assist in improving test automation capabilities and maintain the Test Automation Framework.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members and contribute to strategic planning.
- Work collaboratively to implement business improvement strategies and change initiatives.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- 6+ years of experience as a Senior Technical/Automation Test Analyst.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting (Java & C#).
- Experience with testing automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, SOAP UI, TestNG, JUnit, MsTest, Postman, Tosca.
- Experience in CI/CD environment/test automation Pipeline using YAML.
- Mobile test automation and API automation expertise.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile teams.
- ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst certification or equivalent.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Certification in automation tools such as Tricentis TOSCA or similar.
**Qualifications**:
- Mandatory: High level of capability with a range of test automation tools and languages, ISTQB Advanced Level Test Analyst or equivalent, experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, certification in automation tools.
- Desirable: ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Certificate, ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer, ISTQB Foundation Agile Extension Certificate, TOSCA AS1 & AS2 Certification.
