It aligns with the Indian government's Skill India initiative, delivering Industry 4.0-ready training using advanced software and hardware technologies. With strategically located centers in Mumbai and Visakhapatnam, CEMS features 18 state-of-the-art labs that provide comprehensive training across various manufacturing aspects. The goal of CEMS is to enhance productivity and optimize production costs by advancing design and manufacturing processes to Industrial 4.0/Digital 4.0 standards.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangalore, TAS, for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with HR functions including employee onboarding, handling HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and maintaining personnel records. Additional tasks include supporting HR management in day-to-day activities and assisting in implementing HR strategies to enhance efficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
* Familiarity with foundational concepts and practices in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
* Understanding of HR Policies, HR Management processes, and Employee Benefits administration
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
* Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
