We're seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join a national mid tier in forming a renewable division delivering a large-scale windfarm. This is a hands‐on role with full ownership of the civil package (CBOP) works worth in excess of $150m. Flexible roster options allow you to fly in from anywhere while leading a high‐profile project from start to finish.
About the Role
* Take full accountability for delivery of civil works across a large-scale windfarm, including bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, concrete structures and underground services
* Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and engineers to achieve program, cost and quality outcomes
* Manage procurement, contract administration, commercial performance and project forecasting
* Engage directly with clients, stakeholders and internal leadership to ensure project objectives are met
* Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues quickly to keep the project on track
* Mentor and develop junior project staff, helping grow the capability of the renewable division
About You
* Proven project delivery experience on a windfarm project
* Strong commercial skills with experience in forecasting, procurement and contract management
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to make decisions and drive outcomes under pressure
* Solutions‐focused, hands‐on approach with the ability to work autonomously
* Experience managing budgets and programs in excess of $50m
