Conversational AI Specialist
We're looking for an innovative Conversational AI Specialist to drive the development and implementation of advanced customer experience solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging conversational experiences in voice and messaging channels, leveraging data-driven decisions and conversational UX best practices.
About the Role:
* Design user-centric conversational journeys across multiple channels to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Implement conversational UX strategies to enhance usability and natural language interactions.
* Build, configure, and maintain chat and voice bots using low-code platforms such as DialogFlow or Genesys.
* Fine-tune NLU models through regular phrase tuning to improve intent recognition and classification.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create conversational designs that meet business objectives and customer needs.
2. Develop and implement conversational AI solutions that leverage machine learning and data analytics.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate conversational AI into existing systems and processes.
4. Analyze and evaluate conversational AI performance metrics to inform improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in conversational AI development, deployment, and maintenance.
* Proven track record of designing and implementing conversational AI solutions that drive business results.
