We are looking for a Store Person for our Powell Industrial Paget branch. The role supports the delivery of industrial products across Australia, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
* Assist in daily store operations to keep the branch running smoothly
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships via phone and email, addressing product, pricing, order, stock, delivery and account queries
* Collaborate effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service
* Use forklifts/machinery to move goods
* Support inventory management and stock handling as required
* Assist in local deliveries to customers
* Perform physical manual handling and heavy lifting in preparation of customer orders for dispatch and receipting and storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, warehouse or a similar environment is desirable
* Valid Driver's Licence is essential
* Forklift licence desirable but not mandatory
* Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, organised workplace
* Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Strong customer service ethics and natural problem‐solving abilities
* Experience in Industrial Hose, Hydraulics or similar industrial background (desirable)
