Overview
Dematic is seeking an experienced Project Group Manager to lead a high-performing team of Project Managers to deliver complex warehouse automation projects across ANZ. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project excellence, ensuring strong governance, and delivering large-scale automation solutions safely, on time and within budget.
This role can be based in Sydney (Belrose) or Melbourne (Notting Hill).

Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of multiple complex automation and warehouse projects across ANZ
* Manage, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers to deliver high quality projects
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget
* Drive strong project governance, risk management and commercial performance
* Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
* Align internal teams, customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
What You Bring To The Role
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction, Logistics, or a related discipline
* Extensive leadership and project delivery experience within complex engineering, construction, or material-handling environments
* Strong knowledge of automated systems, material handling, racking and large-scale warehouse projects
* Proven commercial and contract management capability
* Demonstrated success leading project management teams
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability and willingness to travel nationally
