About the role:
An amazing opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager that has shopping centre experience. You will be based at a centre in Brisbane's Bayside.
Duties:
* Oversee monthly financial forecasts and accrual-based accounting
* Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and retail strategy plans
* Oversee lease audits, rent-up processes, the bank guarantee register, and other lease-related tasks as directed by the Centre Manager
* Manage accounts payable / receivable
* Accurately manage tenant recoverable charges and turnover rent calculations
* Assist in preparing monthly reports, budgets, and retail plans
* Ensure sales data collection and reporting, and manage tenant arrears efficiently
* Maintain compliance with lease administration processes and stakeholder communication
Skills & experience:
* Prior experience working within centre management in a shopping centre environment
* High level of analytical skills
* Experience in financial forecasting and accrual accounting
* Understanding of the QLD Retail Leases Act or background in Lease compliance
* Software experience essential – proficient in Excel, MRI highly desirable
* Proven arrears management experience
