About the Role
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support daily operations in office. In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative support to site management and crews
- Manage rosters, records, and reporting requirements
- Assist with accommodation, travel, and onboarding coordination
- Support compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Be a key point of contact for staff on-site
About You
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Previous administration experience (site-based highly regarded)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Great communication and a positive, can-do attitude
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence and White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening
- Residing in WA, with the ability to commute DIDO to site
