We're currently seeking a dynamic
District Manager (Retail Operations)
to lead our
Newcastle District
, which includes offices across the Hunter region, Mid-North Coast plus Tamworth and Moree. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail operations leader to make a real impact —

About the Role:
Based in Newcastle, this role involves regular travel across your district to:
* Visit and support multiple offices
* Coach and mentor staff to deliver exceptional client service
* Ensure retail presentation and operational standards are upheld
* Resolve escalated client complaints and complex issues
* Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff performance, and development
* Support office refurbishments, relocations, and seasonal setups

* Proven experience in retail operations / multi-site management
* Strong leadership and people development skills

* Willingness to travel regularly across the district
