We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to provide strategic support to our management team.
About the Role
* This is a fixed-term full-time position, providing parental leave cover for 12 months.
* The role involves a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days worked from home each week.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
2. Provide guidance on complex workplace matters, including employee relations and performance management.
3. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, HR systems administration, and compliance requirements.
4. Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on strategic projects, including HRIS implementation, inclusion and diversity, and wellbeing initiatives.
What You'll Need
* Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Expertise in employment law, industrial relations, and OH&S.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with HR systems, administration, and compliance requirements.
