QSL is seeking to appoint a Terminal Manager, responsible for managing the Cairns and Mourilyan Bulk Sugar Terminals. Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team of Terminal Supervisors, operators, trades and administration staff, you will be running the sites collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.

Optimising operational outcomes and performance across the Cairns and Mourilyan bulk sugar terminals Strategic and operational planning, resource allocation, financial management and reporting Driving change and innovation improvement strategies and processes Building trusted and valued internal and external relationships to deliver value and meet targets Suited to an experienced or emerging operations leader, you will bring to QSL: A change leadership mindset with solid experience in managing and developing teams A genuine passion for health, safety and environment, and a focus on continuous improvement Strong knowledge and experience in operational maintenance, asset management systems and process improvements Qualifications in engineering, supply chain/logistics, business management, or deep operational leadership experience in ports, mining or other heavy industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a range of key stakeholders Resilience and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment A current driver's license.
