Job Summary
We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager in Adelaide. This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth. You will have the backing of over 520 experts nationally and be tasked with delivering high profile land development projects and achieving client commitments and building client advocacy and confidence.
We are open to supporting relocation to Adelaide if required.
Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application, co‐ordination of designs and contract administration
* Negotiate with stakeholders (clients, authorities, other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects
* Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
* Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
* Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
* Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement
* Recruit, manage, train and mentor staff
* Manage financial targets including budgets, profitability etc
Qualifications
* Proven experience planning and managing projects through all stages of delivery – ideally in land development
* Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
* Experience budgeting, commercial acumen and risk management
* High level industry awareness and engagement
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
