Enterprise Account Executive – Global Martech SaaS Leader

Melbourne | $200-220K Base + Super + $250-300,000 Comms - top earners over $750,000 last year

This global MarTech powerhouse helps brands create deeper, data-driven connections with their customers. Now, they're looking for a Melbourne based Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand key enterprise accounts across the southern region - VIC, WA, SA, TAS & New Zealand.

Your Role

* Drive net new logo business & expansion (70-80%) – prospect, consult, and close high-value enterprise deals
* Be a trusted advisor – leverage your industry expertise to guide clients on digital marketing trends
* Map and manage complex relationships – Marketing, Data and IT C-suite down to key users e.g. CMO, CDO, Heads of Data, Heads of Personalisation, Heads of CX and Contact Centre, Heads of Integration and Heads of Architecture
* Lead strategic account planning – identify future product opportunities
* Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams
* Manage complex deal cycles – navigate multi-stakeholder sales & negotiations

What You Bring

* 5+ years of proven enterprise sales success – SaaS, MarTech, Data, Orchestration or Integration fields preferred
* Track record of closing six-figure+ deals and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Strong experience in consultative & solution selling – ability to map & expand accounts
* Deep understanding of digital marketing trends – customer engagement, AI-driven marketing, data analytics
* Excellent business acumen – ability to uncover client pain points and drive ROI-based conversations
* Self-motivated & proactive – thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
