About the Assistant Coordinator Role
We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to join our team as an Assistant Coordinator on a permanent part-time basis. The role involves supporting the daily running of the service, leading programming, and guiding a passionate team in delivering safe, fun, and enriching care for children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the daily running of the service
* Assist with child-led, play-based programming
* Provide guidance to educators and support staffing needs
* Maintain compliance and support administration processes
* Engage positively with children, families, schools and the local community
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma in Children's Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards)
* Demonstrated experience in children's programming and administration
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
