Achieve Something Great In this role, you’ll support the Liverpool Sexual Health Clinic by delivering exceptional customer service, managing reception duties, coordinating client flow, and maintaining accurate medical records. This permanent part‑time role requires you to work three days per week—Wednesday, Thursday, and one additional agreed day—across the clinic’s operating hours: Monday and Tuesday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Wednesday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Thursday from 11:00am to 7:30pm, and Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. You’re adaptable, reliable, and community‑minded, ready to support a range of Community Health Centres when required while maintaining a positive, service‑driven approach. Demonstrated experience in reception and general administration in a high demand team orientated environment. Ability to apply knowledge and a high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality service outcomes. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
