ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Regional Director, this Senior Leadership position offers an exceptional opportunity to manage the entire Aftersales / Customer Services operation. We are seeking a proven Aftersales Senior Leader who is strategic but also hands-on and present. A leader who has successfully initiated Change, has excellent technical insight and can deliver the experience down to the Retailer and Customer.
YOUR JOB
- Involved in making operational and strategic plans and decisions
- Building a high performing team as an influential people leader
- Being in front of industry standards and best practice
- As an Executive Leader, ensure a cross functional approach is delivered to support the collective goals of the organisation with a key focus on exceptional customer service and execution
- Stakeholder management, internal and external
- Manage and achieve key performance indicators
- Ensure a consistent focus on brand values and customer loyalty at all times - Customer First Ethos
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven Aftersales Senior Leader, in particular with expertise across Service, Technical and CX.
- A leader who works collaboratively with their Director
- A robust and consistent decision maker
- An inclusive and empowering manager
- Strong relationship builder; in particular with the network
- Influencer; able to build alignment across departments and coach a high performing team
- Upholds personal integrity and respect for others
- Advantageous > Bachelor’s degree level qualified in Management, Engineering, Business or similar discipline
